What is the Rob Arra Collection?

The Rob Arra Collection is the portfolio of fine stadium panoramic photos taken by Rob Arra and his associates. These photographs are marketed by our company, "Everlasting Images", and are available for purchase on our web site; RobArraCollection.com (http://www.RobArraCollection.com).

Why are there words written across the pictures ("Copyrightedimage.com", etc.)?

These are watermarks put on the web images of the photos for copyright purposes. The watermark will NOT appear on your purchased poster.

What are the print sizes available?

Regular size prints and posters fit a frame with an 13.5" x 39" inside dimension.
"New Edition" posters are somewhat smaller at 9.5" x 27".
Custom oversized and combination ticket pieces are also available.

Are the posters framed?

Standard framing

consists of a black or cherry-finished composite frame, and high quality plexiglass.

Deluxe framing

uses a black or cherry-finished frame, double-matting, and a brass plaque is added that can be custom-engraved.

Scalloped wood frames are available for a $20 upcharge on Standard or Deluxe-framed prints.

Unframed posters

are available for in-stock lithographs only. Original images are not available as rolled prints. Please be aware that due to their unusual size and aspect ratio, all prints will require custom framing, typically costing $100 or more.

What other options are available?

Our Signature Series offers photos of notable games signed in the margins by team players.
Some photos are available as a 616-piece jigsaw puzzle; frames for these are also available.
We also offer custom-framed Ticket Pieces that incorporate your ticket (you normally supply the ticket) and either an engraved plaque or an event pin.

What is on the brass plaque?

The plaque normally will have the team name and either the championship or the stadium name. You may have the plaque custom-engraved instead with such things as "A Gift From --", "Happy Birthday", etc. Custom engraving is subject to a length limitation. An additional charge may apply.

When ordering by mail, please include the following information:

• your name, address and telephone number.
• ship-to name and address, with telephone number.
• stock code (example: OH-117).
• size of poster.
• framing option.
• shipping method and fee, if any.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express on our website.

Is it safe to order over the internet?

Our website uses encrypted ordering so your order is safe, convenient, and fast. Transactions are secured by GeoTrust QuickSSL technology, which enables up to 256-bit encryption and ensures that confidential information and transactions cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered.

What will it cost to ship my order?

We normally ship UPS Ground. Please consult our product pages for current UPS ground shipping costs to anywhere in the continental United States.
We often have specials which may include free shipping. Check the "Specials" tab for details and coupons.
Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for flat rate, or "continental US" shipping. Please call for your shipping costs if you are not within the continental United States.
Shipping by other carriers can be arranged; this will be treated as a custom order.
Custom, multiple piece, and oversize items will incur a shipping charge that will be quoted at time of order.
International shipping is available, however the cost of expedited shipping is astronomical. VAT, Customs, and/or Agent Fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We will NOT put false information on Customs Declaration documents to avoid VAT or Customs Duties. A typical Fee for a Canadian Delivery is $35 CDN collected by the Government of Canada. We have no control over this fee, and can not discount product or otherwise change documents to avoid incurring these charges.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

We send orders out via UPS.
Orders generally ship within 3 business days and usually arrive within 8-10 business days from shipment.
Expedited delivery is available at additional cost.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

When you place your order online, you will get an immediate confirmation that you should save or print out. You will also be emailed your delivery tracking number. You can monitor your order shipment by clicking on "Track your order".

What is your return policy?

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our product, notify us within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange or replace the product at no cost to you.

What is your privacy policy?

We strictly protect and enforce the confidentiality of your personal information. Under no circumstances will we sell or rent your personal information to other businesses. We respect your privacy and seek to protect the trust you place in us.
